Small Group Reiki Healing Sessions:
Saturday December 7, 7:00-8:30pm
At the Yoga Refuge (7831 SE Stark St)
Open to all
Sliding Scale $45-$75- 1.5 hour group session
Together we will settle in, set intentions, do some gentle movement and then lie down on yoga mats to sink into delicious reiki energy. Heather will invite reiki energy into the space and will go around the group offering hands-on reiki to each participant. We will end with a tea ceremony in which you will be invited to share your experience or simply sit and drink tea made from local plants. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
Reiki healing sessions invite you to deeply relax, to nourish your nervous system and your whole self, and to feel supported and connected.
Please bring: a yoga mat and wear loose and/or comfortable clothing. Blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows available.
Optional: bring your own soft blanket or throw.

About Reiki Healing Sessions
Come together with a small group in- person or schedule a 1-1 distance session to enjoy reiki healing, a calm relaxing state.

Heather is trained as a Reiki Master in the Usui system of natural healing which originates in Japan. She has been practicing reiki since 2010 in a variety of settings. Reiki gently finds the source of physical and emotional symptoms and restores the body to wholeness. It is a form of energy healing that feels calming and peaceful, and helps you access a sense of deep connectedness and rest.
1-1 Distance Reiki Sessions- 1 hour sessions
Relax in your most comfortable place---at home or outside while receiving reiki via distance. We will connect over the phone or zoom to talk about your healing needs, then I will offer reiki. We'll end with a chat about the experience and next steps. Feel refreshed, relaxed, and renewed with this gentle energy healing.
Cost: $45 for 30 minute individual session, or $90/hour. Please contact me to schedule an appointment.
